With Diamond’s Task management tools, you can assign tasks, view what tasks are behind schedule, what tasks are ontime or ahead of schedule and you can see it two ways. First, through the task tool and in a calendar view to be sure you aren’t overloading your team.
How it’s better: unlike email where everything starts out disorganized and you have to constantly manage the chaos, Diamond’s Tasks keep everything organized by team member. Things are where you expect, and it’s obvious where to send a task.
